Making dinners




So since the new year my wife and I have been making dinners instead of what had turned into a continues stream of takeout. Part of what lead to our new cooking trend was we would often watch "no reservations" and "the layover" with Anthony Bourdain while we had dinner, and nothing can make you feel crappier about your turd burger than eating it while watching someone else eat delicious exotic meals from far off destinations. We have some great meals and while we may still be jealous of the places Bourdain goes, we are not quite as envious of his meals.
