My wife has always said one of the things she loves about me is that I am willing to try anything she cooks. It means that she can pull anything out of a cookbook and i will try it and usually finish it whether good, bad or needs improvement. I am the exact opposite of a picky eater. Here are some or most recent dinner experiments.
Grilled radicchio with grits and warm fresh mozerella.
Alligator poppers with a jalapeño dipping sauce.
A kale, pepper and goat cheese panini.
And all of them were delicious.
